Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sauerkraut
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Combine sauerkraut and sugar.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Cut sauerkraut with scissors.
Mix all ingredients.
Chill for 12 hours.
Makes 12 servings.
