Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. honey mustard
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 slices (about 4 oz.) boiled lean ham
    4 slices (about 3 oz.) Swiss or Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Combine mustards; brush chicken evenly with the mixture.
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Cook chicken in the butter for 4 minutes; turn and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Lay the ham and cheese over chicken; continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
