Hamburger Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies
Preparation
    While cutting up cheese, brown beef and onions in skillet. Drain mixture and place in slow cooker. Place all remaining ingredients in slow cooker and combine. Cover. Cook on low 2 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve over baked potatoes or with tortilla chips.
