Green Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. green tomatoes
    20 sweet green peppers (some red)
    15 medium onions
    1/3 c. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    9 oz. French's mustard
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients and put in large enameled kettle.
    Add salt.
    Let stand overnight, then drain.
    Add vinegar, sugar, mustard and flour.
    Cook 20 minutes, stirring often so it doesn't stick.
    (Count time from when it starts to \"perk.\")
    Can in hot jars; process 10 minutes in hot water bath.
