Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. raw apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) butterscotch
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients. Fold in apples and pecans.
Grease and flour a long baking dish.
Put butterscotch on top of batter. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
