Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
-
Beat egg and water together; add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls; bake on cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Drain on paper towels until cool.
Prepare sauce and add meatballs; keep warm in chafing dish or slow cooker.
