Nonfat Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Add milk and stir until combined well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 2 more minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
    Use warm or cool.
    To improve smooth texture, thoroughly cool before using.
    May be reheated in microwave.
    Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
    Makes approximately 16 rounded tablespoon servings.
