Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13 pan; layer half of crushed wafers on bottom. Combine powdered sugar, butter and eggs.
Beat well and pour over wafer crust.
Mix together whipping cream, pineapple and chopped nuts.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle remaining wafers on top and chill overnight.
