Turkey Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms pieces
    1 (12 oz.) bag no yolks extra broad egg noodles
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. low-fat milk
    2 pkg. French's beef stroganoff sauce mix
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Turkey and Sauce:
    Brown ground turkey.
    Combine sauce mixes, milk and water.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and simmer 2 to 5 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
