Christmas Chili Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound longhorn cheese (ground)
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
8 ounce package cream cheese
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Chili powder, Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Thoroughly mix cheese with ground cheese.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 4 rolls.
Put chili powder on wax paper.
Wrap rolls in aluminum foil and refrigerate until used. Slice before serving or cheese can be made into balls and at room temperature can be used as spread.
Sharp cheddar cheese can be substituted instead of longhorn.
