Hamburger-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)
    2 c. water
    2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    4 oz. sliced Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown the meat and onion in large skillet.
    Stir in the water, catsup and mustard.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring the mixture to a boil.
    Stir in the uncooked rice; cover and remove from the heat.
    Let it stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
    Top the casserole with cheese; cover until the cheese melts and blends in.
