Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent roll dough
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. broccoli, bite sized
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 jar pasta sauce
1 1/2 to 2 c. low-fat Mozzarella
Preparation

Spread dough in pizza pan, bake for 5 minutes according to instructions on package.
Saute all ingredients in olive oil, except sauce.
Spread sauce over dough.
Spread veggies over sauce.
Cover with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 10 minutes. Great cold for lunches.
Healthy, too!!
