Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 3/4 c. flour
3 c. lukewarm water
1 c. powdered milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter or oleo
2 unbeaten eggs
Preparation
-
All measurements level (use standard measuring cups).
Use fresh yeast.
Do not sift flour before measuring, but fluff the flour with a spoon and then spoon it lightly into a measuring cup and level off (do not tap cup to get more flour in it).
