Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, peeled and mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 sticks margarine
1 pt. half and half
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

To the mashed potatoes add all ingredients except 1 stick of margarine and paprika; mix well.
Put in baking dish.
Melt the remaining stick of margarine and pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
Can be made ahead of time and baked later or frozen and baked later. Great for potluck dinners because they stay soft.
