Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. cottage cheese, sieved
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except egg whites) and mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff; then fold gently into cottage cheese mixture.
Using low heat, drop by teaspoonfuls onto griddle or skillet and cook, turning once so that both sides are browned.
