Battered Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    When cutting potatoes, keep them in water until all are cut.
    Put next 4 ingredients in plastic bag.
    Drop 4 pieces of potato at a time into bag and coat well, until all pieces are coated.
    Melt stick of margarine in baking pan, then place coated potatoes in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
