Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size carrots, cut diagonally in thin slices
    4 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 3/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch, mixed with 3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Put carrots and remaining ingredients except cornstarch mixture in a medium size saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until carrots are tender, but not soft. Add cornstarch mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Makes 4 servings.
