Cornmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal (plain)
    1 prepared pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add sugar, cornmeal and melted margarine. Beat until well mixed.
    Add vinegar and vanilla; stir again.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake in a moderate oven (about 350\u00b0) until thick and light brown.
    Very good!
