Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small pkg. cream cheese (9 oz.)
    2 envelopes plain gelatin
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, cut into 3 pieces each
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Heat soup (do not add water) and cream cheese until melted.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into a salad mold.
    Refrigerate until congealed.
    Unmold and garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs and/or ripe olives. Serve with crackers.
