Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. unpeeled zucchini
    3 1/2 c. unsifted plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    In blender, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Turn out on wire racks to cool.
