Vegetable Fish Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    pepper to taste
    lemon wedges
    vegetable oil spray
Preparation
    If fish is frozen, thaw.
    Cut fish into 4 portions and place in non-stick sprayed baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and paprika.
    Combine mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, parsley and pepper.
    Spread over fish.
    Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with lemon wedges.
