Cheese And Onion Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 tortillas
    approximately 1/3 c. salad oil
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1/2 c. onion, grated fine
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika and salt
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Make cheese sauce; melt margarine.
    Blend in flour, seasoning and milk.
    Stir constantly until bubbling.
    Sauce will be thick. Blend in cheese.
