Sausage Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar or American cheese
    2 Tbsp. onion, diced
    3/4 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Cover with paper towel; microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on High.
    Drain off fat. Sprinkle cheese over sausage; stir in onion.
    In a medium bowl, combine milk and eggs.
    Add parsley and butter.
    Pour over sausage.
    Cover with plastic wrap; microwave 4 minutes on High. Stir, cover and microwave for 6 to 8 minutes on Medium (50%).
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
