Candy Topped Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    3/4 c. candy coated chocolate pieces
    3/4 c. peanut candy coated chocolate
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 12-inch pizza pan or skillet.
    In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy (about 1 minute).
    Beat in egg.
    At low stir in flour and baking soda until well blended.
    Evenly spread dough into prepared pan.
    Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Sprinkle marshmallows and candies on cookie during last 5 minutes of baking.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan or on wire rack.
    To serve, cut cookies into wedges.
    Makes 16 servings.
