Perfect Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box 10xxx sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift sugar and cocoa together into ungreased 9-inch square pan.
    Cut margarine into 5 pieces and place on top of dry ingredients.
    Pour milk in but DO NOT STIR (important).
    Cook on High power in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
    Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly; blend in nuts and vanilla and spread evenly in dish.
    Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes about 1 1/2 pounds.
