Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until done.
Cool slightly.
Cut off tops of potatoes lengthwise.
Scoop out the insides and mash.
Add milk, onion powder and garlic powder.
Mix well and mound mixture into potato shell.
Top evenly with cheese, pepper and paprika.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
