Pansit(Philippine Main Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    4 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. slightly cooked chicken chunks
    1 c. boiled ham chunks
    1 c. cooked small shrimp
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. sliced cabbage
    1/2 lb. cooked vermicelli
    salt and pepper
    lemon wedges
    1 c. seasoned chicken stock
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and oil.
    Brown together chicken, ham and shrimp.
    Combine with onion mixture and simmer 2 minutes with soy sauce, cabbage and chicken stock.
    Add cooked vermicelli, salt and pepper.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
