Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 slices bread, cubed
    2 lb. sausage, browned and well drained
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, layer bread cubes, sausage and Cheddar cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together. Pour over layered mixture and refrigerate overnight.
