Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/3 c. rye bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Arrange sauerkraut in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Layer corned beef over kraut.
Layer Swiss cheese.
Combine mayonnaise and salad dressing, spread evenly over the cheese.
Cover with tomato slices, toss bread crumbs in melted butter.
Sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
