Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    2 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/4 c. milk or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and nutmeg in mixer bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour filling in pie crust and bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes longer.
