Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillet of sole
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 can tomato slices (16 oz.)
    3 chopped scallions
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1 minced garlic clove
    2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 c. water
    butter
    bread crumbs
    lemon slices (optional)
    2 large onions, sliced in rings (optional)
    1/2 can sliced black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Place fish in single layer in greased pan (use olive oil). Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
    Add 1/2 cup olive oil. Add tomatoes, scallions, parsley and garlic.
    Top with bread crumbs, covering fish completely.
    Dot with butter.
    Add 1 cup water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Decorate with onion rings, olives and lemon.
