Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. corn oil
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in the cheese. Add the eggs, milk and oil but stir only until all of the dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until loaf is firm in center.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then cool on a rack.
