Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless fish, chopped
    2 celery sticks
    1 large yellow onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 white potatoes
Preparation
    Chop potatoes, celery and onion.
    Add pepper, celery salt and olive oil in a large cooking pot.
    Simmer for 3 minutes.
    Add fish; simmer 2 more minutes.
    Melt sour cream in 1 cup of hot water, then pour over fish with soup.
    Stir for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Add milk; bring to a boil while stirring.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
