Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Mix all ingredients.
    May be kept in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes in muffin cups.
