Jelly Roll With Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Break eggs into a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at a high speed until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar a tablespoon at a time, beating constantly.
    Add vanilla, reduce speed to slow.
    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture until well blended.
    Bake 15 minutes in a 370\u00b0 oven.
