Breakfast Flash: Dutch Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt butter in heavy 10-inch skillet in oven.
    Beat eggs vigorously 30 seconds.
    Gradually beat in flour. Mix in milk and salt.
    Tip heated pan to coat with butter.
    Pour in batter; bake 20 minutes.
    Lower temperature to 300\u00b0.
    Bake 5 minutes.
    Cut into wedges.
    Serve with maple syrup or with melted butter, lemon juice and confectioners sugar.
    Serves 4.
