Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    3/4 c. rice
    3 c. chopped tomatoes, canned
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Trim pork chops, salt and pepper and flour them.
    Saute chops in oil until brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Add onion and green pepper to pan; saute until tender.
    Add tomatoes and rice; season to taste.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
