Herb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf Italian bread
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, crushed
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch slices.
Blend butter, parsley, dill, oregano and garlic.
Put bread slices together and spread butter mixture on each slice.
Shape tinfoil around reconstructed loaf, boat fashion, twisting ends and leaving top open.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
Heat in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until very warm.
