Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Melt Crisco and cool. Dissolve yeast (both packages) in warm water; add to buttermilk. Add these to flour with sugar added. Put in large bowl and mix. Cover with greased wax paper; refrigerate until needed. Roll out desired amount and cut. Let stand at room temperature 5 or 10 minutes. Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden.
