Fat-Free Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. prune puree
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and sugar.
Stir to mix well.
Add the banana, prune puree and vanilla.
Stir until moist.
Add walnuts.
Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
