Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Place rhubarb in greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish and sprinkle with 1 cup sugar.
Dot with margarine.
Mix dry ingredients and mix in shortening, then stir in egg and milk.
Pour over rhubarb and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to40 minutes.
