Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft oleo
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1 can apple pie filling
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
Preparation

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly.
Mix in coconut and pat into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Arrange pie filling over top.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on apples.
Blend sour cream and egg well and pour over apples.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Do not overbake.
