*Spanish Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 strips bacon, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. tomatoes, drained (if canned)
1 c. green beans, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon, onion and green pepper in heavy skillet until bacon is crisp and onion and pepper are brown.
Add flour.
Stir and add tomatoes, green beans and salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
