Zucchini Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. peeled and sliced zucchini
    1 box dry stuffing mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked, but not browned
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over zucchini and bring quickly to a boil. Boil
    5
    minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients together and
    put in\tgreased casserole;
    bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Cover last 15 minutes.
