Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chili (of your choice)
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 c. American cheese, grated
    tortillas
Preparation
    Make chili of your choice.
    Remove some of the chili meat from the pot with a slotted spoon.
    Chop onion; set aside.
    Grate American cheese; set aside.
    Fill a 2-quart saucepan about 3/4 full of water, let come to a boil.
    Place tortillas, one at a time, in the hot water for 1 second.
    Keep water very hot.
