Crusty Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. coconut
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, beat well.
    Then add milk and coconut and flavoring.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown and firm.
