Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
    Dip chicken in egg; coat with crumb mixture.
    Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 8 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Arrange chicken in sauce.
    Spoon remaining sauce over chicken.
    Bake covered at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake uncovered until cheese melts.
    Garnish with additional parsley.
    Yields 6 servings.
