Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. light brown sugar
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
2 extra large eggs or 3
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine in large bowl the first 5 ingredients, adding eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Set aside.
Whisk together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture alternating with milk. When all is added, add canola seeds and nuts.
Spoon into sprayed and floured bread pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done. Simmer together 5 minutes and pour over warm
bread pierced with fork the lemon juice and sugar.
