Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. Zucchini - grind and let stand overnight with
    4 c. chopped onions and
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2-1/4 c. vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
    Drain the zucchini and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
    Add the vinegar, sugar, turmeric, dry mustard, cornstarch, celery seed, pepper, and bell peppers.
    Mix well and cook together for 30 minutes in a large pan.
    Ladle into hot, sterilized jars and put the lids on.
    Process in a hot water bath about 10 minutes.
