Swiss Ham Ring Around - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh or frozen chopped broccoli, cooked to tender
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
1 can ham
1 (8 oz.) crescent roll
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except crescent rolls, in bowl.
Place crescent rolls in circle, point facing out.
Put filling on fat end.
Bring point towards center and tuck under.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
